Calling someone is usually the hardest part. By the time most people pick up the phone they have been putting it off for a long while, often because they expect to be lectured. That is not how this goes.
We start wherever you want to start. You decide what stays and what goes, we do the lifting, and we keep the whole thing private. If one room in a day is the right pace, that is the pace.

The questions people ask first
No. We have seen it before and it does not shock us. What is inside the house stays between you and the crew, and we do not photograph anything without asking you first.
Only as much as you want to be. Some people walk every room with us, some hand over the key and go out for the day. We just need one person we can reach to say yes or no on anything we are unsure about.
Yes, and often that works better. We can start with one room, or clear a path through the house first, then come back for the rest when you are ready.
We set them aside for you. Cash, jewellery, paperwork, photos, and anything that looks personal gets put somewhere safe rather than thrown in the trailer.
We will tell you straight. Light cases we handle. Heavy contamination, mould, or anything biohazardous needs a licensed remediation company, and we will say so rather than take your money and make it worse. We are happy to clear the property once they have finished.
Often the same week, and sometimes the next day. Call or text and we will find a window that suits you.
